GUIDING IN FINLAND
We provide guiding services for foreign fly fishermen. Business travelers often have only a day to spend for their favorite hobby. On unknown waters it is way too short time to have a productive fishing on your own. An experienced fly fishing guide will  take you to the best places straight away. Our guiding service is very suitable also for Finland based companies wanting to take their clients or employees fishing to the beautiful rivers or lakes of Finland or to the surrounding Baltic Sea. 

WHAT DOES FINLAND HAS TO OFFER?
In Finland we have some excellent waters for monstrous northern pikes, for amazing arctic grayling, for big Atlantic salmon and of course for beautiful brown trout and rainbow trout. Some places are close to major cities and you can have a full day on the waters. Some places are further out and usually require overnight staying. OUR NETWORK OF GUIDES
The guiding service is lead by our head guide, Mika Vainio. He has several years of guiding experience from Russia’s Kola Peninsula and Finland. (For more detailed information, please read this.) Finland is divided into few regions and every region has its own master guide who controls the guiding services in that area. All master guides are experienced fly fisherman and are used to guide and provide tutoring when needed. They all know their home waters inside out. Master guides have few guides under their control to make sure that everybody will get a guide when needed.

DESCRIPTION OF A FISHING DAY
A guide can take one or two clients at a time. A full day will last eight hours and includes a light riverside lunch. A half day will last four hours and the price is approximately 70% of the price of a full day. With an additional payment the length of the fishing day can be prolonged and the quality of the lunch can be upgraded. For price information, please see the info on the left.
