The Finnish National Team 2010 selected

After the Finnish National Championships the Finnish national team was selected. The five anglers in the team are Olli Toivonen, Jarkko Suominen, Arto Kokkila, Tero Mäntylä and Ville-Antti Jaakkola. They do their best under the captainship of Mika Vainio. More detailed profiles can be found on the Team 2010 page.

Team Finland Captain

Mika Vainio has been selected to the captainship of Fly Fishing Team Finland. He will be the captain for Team Finland the next three World Fly Fishing Competitions from 2010 till 2012. Vainio successfully lead Team Finland from 2007 till 2009. 2007 Team Finland won the bronze medal and 2009 the team placed fourth.

Website and Blog

Last year Fly Fishing Team Finland published their new website and blog. News, sponsors, etc. will be published on this website. The blog will be used by team members. There they will write reports during preparation in Finland and when practicing and competing in Scotland.
